These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site, including those who access free features and those who purchase paid products.

2. Service Description

NameAligned.com provides a Chaldean numerology analysis tool that:

• Calculates numerological numbers (Moolank, Bhagyank, Name Number, and related numbers) based on names and dates of birth entered by users
• Provides interpretations of those numbers, including compatibility assessments, lucky attributes, career domain suggestions, and personal year previews
• Offers name correction suggestions based on Chaldean numerology principles
• Provides, on payment, a detailed personalised 5-year destiny forecast

We do not represent that numerology is a science, nor that the results are guaranteed to be accurate predictions of future events. Numerology has been practised for thousands of years as a system of symbolic and energetic analysis; we implement that system faithfully, but we make no warranty as to outcomes.

3. Free & Paid Services

Free Analysis

The core name analysis — including name alignment score, name correction suggestions, lucky attributes, personal year preview, career domains, relationship compass, Lo Shu grid, and daily remedies — is provided entirely free of charge. No account is required. No credit card is required.

Paid Report (₹199)

For a one-time payment of ₹199 (Indian Rupees), users may purchase a detailed personalised 5-year destiny forecast. This is a one-time charge — there is no subscription, no recurring billing, and no hidden fees. The report is delivered by email, typically within minutes of successful payment.

4. Payment Terms

• Price: ₹199 (Indian Rupees) per report, inclusive of all applicable taxes.
• Payment method: Payments are processed by Razorpay, a licensed payment aggregator regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets via Razorpay.
• No subscription: This is a one-time purchase. You will never be charged again for the same report. We do not store payment method details.
• Invoice: A payment confirmation is sent to your email address upon successful payment.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it before purchasing.

5. User Responsibilities

By using NameAligned.com, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information (name and date of birth) to the extent reasonably possible for analysis purposes
• Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or scrape our analysis algorithms or output for commercial use
• Not use automated bots or scripts to submit bulk requests to the analysis tool
• Not use the service for any unlawful purpose under Indian law
• Take responsibility for your own decisions — the analysis is a tool, not a directive

6. Intellectual Property

All content on NameAligned.com — including but not limited to the website design, code, text, analysis methodology, report templates, and blog articles — is the intellectual property of NameAligned.com and is protected under applicable Indian copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Site for your personal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

The Chaldean numerology system itself, and the historical texts of Cheiro, are in the public domain. Our specific implementation, calculations, interpretive language, and design are our own intellectual property.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The NameAligned.com service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, we disclaim all warranties including:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any numerology analysis

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, NameAligned.com, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service
• Any decision you make based on the numerology analysis provided
• Any loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Any interruption or unavailability of the service

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim, or ₹199, whichever is lower.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.
